About Tabula Belli
Tabula Belli is a web application for tabletop communities. It brings together wargames, role-playing games and trading card games events in a single place, so players and organisers do not have to jump between scattered groups and outdated websites to know what is happening.
Why Tabula Belli exists
In most cities, tabletop events are announced across many different channels: WhatsApp groups, Discord servers, Facebook communities…
Information is easy to miss, hard to search and difficult to compare.
Tabula Belli focuses on one clear goal: give players and organisers a modern, central place to publish and discover events, with real locations, real games and clear rules for registrations.
TTRPG sessions: one-shots, campaigns and narrative play.
Who Tabula Belli is for
- Local game stores and clubs that run regular tournaments, leagues, narrative campaigns or demo days and want a simple way to show everything they offer.
- Players who want to quickly see what is scheduled near them, filter by game or format and register without sending dozens of messages back and forth.
- Independent organisers who need a tool to publish events, control capacity and keep track of registrations.
Trading Card Game events: drafts, constructed and casual play.
What Tabula Belli does today
The current version of Tabula Belli offers a focused set of features that cover the basics of event discovery and management:
- Public events catalogue with filters by game, category (TCG, TTRPG, wargame), type (casual or tournament), status and location (country, region, city).
- Player accounts with registration, login and a personal "My Events" area to see upcoming events, registrations and events organised by the user.
- Event management for organisers: create, edit and cancel events with clear rules about dates, capacity and visibility.
- European location database: 44 countries with their regions and thousands of cities across the continent.
- Game catalogue: over 120 games across TCGs, TTRPGs and wargames. Missing your favourite game? Contact us.
Wargames and miniatures: tournaments and friendly battles.
Where Tabula Belli is heading
The roadmap for Tabula Belli includes features such as email notifications for registrations and cancellations, better tools for tournament management (rounds, standings, pairings), online payments for tickets and full internationalisation for multiple languages.
In the long run, the goal is to make Tabula Belli a reliable everyday tool for the people who organise and attend tabletop gaming events across Europe.
